He began his musical studies at the age of 4 years. He studied piano, violin and modern Jazz music with different teachers like her mother Montserrat Abbey, as well as Augustine Coma Gonzalo Comellas Lluis Verges, among others.
In 1999 he moved to Amsterdam to study at the conservatory of the city Karel Boehlee and Rob Van Bavel, where he graduated in 2002.
He has performed in various classical ensembles (instrumental break of Girona, Figueres Youth Orchestra), popular music groups and rock pop (-Andante Moderato). Since 1995, focuses on jazz ensembles: So What!,’s Ghetto Swingers, TPA, Patricia Smith Quartet, Fra-as Reunion, to create, finally, his own quintet.
He has played with musicians Tobias Klein, Bernt Nell, Francis Chan Charlie Green, Phil Dizack, Oz Landesbergen and Janne Halonen, among others, and has toured: the Netherlands, France, United States, parts of Spain, also accompanied the singer N’déye Senegalese Fatou Tine “titi” in his latest tour our house, plus one of the pianists selected to participate in the tribute to Tete Montoliu which closed 39th Jazz Festival of Barcelona .
He has recorded ten albums, the last two published N57 “Back on Track” (2009) and “Easy Times” (2011) and have dedicated a program of the second season of TV3 program “Jazz in the study” and a final program with JGElectric Blues Gang. Lessons at Taller de Barcelona and ESEM (Taller).
